Streaming / Gaming PC costs?

Would like to start streaming soon and need a PC for this. Playstation is used to play everything should only run on a PC. Would like to watch YouTube on the PC, maybe also play games but rarely the case maybe something like chubby party, surfing etc. Can someone recommend something to me? And how expensive is it?

400-500 euro would be appropriate. For a pure streaming pc, 300 euro would be enough.

Depends on your budget and how much you are willing to pay.

That's one thing that needs to be upgraded. However, 1 tb hdds start at 30 euro, so there shouldn't be too much of a problem with that.
