Log off Fortnite account Ps4?

My daughter is playing too much Fortnite lately, now I want to unsubscribe the account on the PS4 within the week and on the weekend I want to sign up again. However, if I want to unsubscribe now there's that the account then can't be used again and that all purchases are lost. Does that mean, if I log out, all game progress will be lost? Or can I log in again with the same e-mail?

If you disconnect the Fortnite account from the PS4, you will not be able to reconnect it later. Therefore, I can't recommend you to do that.
