PS4 HDCP deactivated and can no longer watch videos?

My Playstation 4 shows a black picture as soon as I start it. I inquired and came across that I could disable that HDCP in Settings and then System. So far so good. My PS4 shows the picture again and gaming works. However, apps like Netflix no longer work because of this setting. When I reactivate HDCP my screen goes black again. What can I do?

I rather think that it is here on the screen or on the HDMI cable. Have you ever exchanged dss? Can you change the screen settings?
