Hey so I've had my PS4 since the console was released and everything was fine until recently. But now when I e.g. Wanted to try the Marvel Avengers Beta it overheats very quickly so I can't play a minute. I know the easiest option is to get a new console, but I'm financially unable to do so. A week ago I even cleaned the console thoroughly with a brush etc. But the overheating still occurs. I ask you, give me a solution how I can completely remove the overheating.
At the moment I have placed a fan next to it, which does not allow overheating to occur until about 3 minutes later than usual. I speculated and maybe one or more hardware parts would be replaceable so that the overheating does not show up. I definitely rely on you guys so please help me, I want to be able to play something with friends again.
Have you ever replaced the thermal paste? If not, you have to disassemble your PS4 and do that. Arctic MX4 is enough for that.
Open it and exchange the thermal paste
