5.1 Sound with Logitech Z906 via projector?

Which cables do I need to get the best possible sound (if possible 5.1) from the Playstation 3 (games, Netflix, etc.) and a MacBook Pro (music, YouTube) through the Logitech Z906 system? The image is to be reproduced on the Epson EH-TW5650 projector. As far as I know, this has no optical connection.

What is the easiest way to connect them and how do I connect all of them?

No, it has such a mini jack as an output and hdmi, which is best kept out of the history of sound
