I have a home theater sound system from Haman / Kardon (5.1) my receiver has LAN, 1x Hdmi, 2x optical audio and 2x chinch.
Then I run a Playstation 4 Pro as "TV" a BenQ TH681+ projector serves the Playstation 4 pro is connected to the projector via hdmi from and on I have to plug the hdmi cable from the ps4 into the receiver to change the settings on the sound system, but I would like to make it so that I can use both devices without always having to change everything…
I thought of an HDMI switcher (distributor) the only problem is that the system & the projector only has 1 HDMI connection so if I have a switch where the system & PS4 goes in and then continue to the projector as far as I know the projector yes only play one of the two devices.
Anyone have an idea how I can solve this?
