Bought and banned Ps4 yesterday?

Hey guys yesterday i bought a ps4 used access to the playstation network from this ps4 was withdrawn or temporarily suspended (ws-37338-4)

Maybe someone knows how I can unban the ps4 or how I can register with the playstation Network and finally gamble online

Since it helps only the Sony support for help.

System version already updated? Or you do not come in at all?
