Ps4 console banned?

My ps4 console was banned. My account is still there because I can use it to log in to the ps4 app. I've been waiting for a month, so I think the spell is permanent. It happened that I had ps4 Acc from a buddy on my ps4 to primary. He then gambled with his account that was primary on my ps4, I don't know what he did anyway my console is now banned. I told the story to psn support. Apparently there's no way I can play on my console again. Now my question is if I buy a new console, can I play again with my account that is not banned if I use it to log on to the new console? Or is the new console also banned, because I really don't want to throw almost 400 euro out of the window.

I think they sure got your psn acc banned

Locking the console itself is not possible, they can only lock the PSN account. In this case, simply disconnect the PSN-Acc from the Ps4 and create your own Acc. You may have to reset the Playstation to factory settings, I don't know exactly.

They can't ban your ps4 only your account, but you can create a new account, but unfortunately you will no longer have any progress in your game. But that's still better than not being able to play anymore

They certainly didn't ban your Ps4 (HWID & Co.)

Only the Acc should be affected, although it is still displayed in the app. Remove Acc or factory condition should remedy the situation. Possibly. Try out the safe mode

He just has to create a new account and that is also possible without separating the banned account

Yes I did reset the ps4 and created a new user with a new psn account the same message keeps coming: "Access to the PlayStation Network from this ps4 has been revoked or temporarily suspended. (WS-37338-4)

However, only PS Network access was blocked, not the PS4 itself. PSN is a service, because they can deny you access, you shouldn't block the whole PS4.

OK thanks
