I insulted a player on the PS4, but it's my very first ban. How long does the first ban last? I didn't get an email why or why I was banned.
It is temporarily busy
It's your own fault, whoever violates the terms and conditions should never be released from the ban that it happens again. Actually, you will be notified by email about lock and depending on the severity, it can take one to 6 months.
If it says temporarily busy you are not banned but the Psn is down or overloaded
