You have probably saved a lot of applications. Check if you can delete some there. You may also have old backups that can be deleted. You could also check your drives, old data may still be stored there.

Start your PS4, press the [Up] button on your controller and navigate to the "Settings" item.
Scroll down and then select the "System Memory Management" item.
The system now shows you the memory used.
For example, click Applications or Capture Gallery to see which programs are consuming how much memory.
Then select the program you want with the cursor and then click the Options button on your PS4 controller. To delete the program, you must now confirm your entry with "Delete".
