You should disable split screen. The flickering may be the disco mode specially designed by Sony. Simply go to the display settings and deactivate!

Simply deactivate split screen ^^ I can't help with the flickering. Look there in the display settings. You may also have selected a wrong resolution which the screen can't handle, but it would normally be a black screen, like mine ^^

After turning on the PlayStation it was like that without having done anything. I did a factory reset on the PlayStation and it was still the same as before.
