Playstation 4 Pro picture flickers?

I bought a completely refurbished Playstation 4 Pro at Amazaon. Yesterday I wanted to play Fifa21. When starting the game the picture suddenly started to flicker, before that everything was normal. Then when you play a soccer game, the flickering becomes extreme. I tried all the picture settings, nothing helped. In other games this is also flickering. When I started the game and then go back to the main menu of the Playstation, the menu also flickers. When I restart the console, the menu doesn't flicker.

Do you have a solution tip for me?

At the latest when it happens with other games, the console is defective, i.e. "Refurbished" not really successful
