Please help quickly!
Every time I start, I get this message without clicking anything:

As soon as I click on "Yes", I keep getting this error message, the picture flickers briefly and I get the same error message.
And when I click "No" I get to the GTA5 loading screen for story mode.
And there when loading, the loading screen mostly hangs at 90% and after a while the picture flickers continuously and the game still doesn't load after a while.
What I've tried:
-Game reinstalled
- Briefly disconnected from the Internet connection
-Restart the game / console
