Dualshock 4 does not connect to Playstation 4?

It's about getting a new controller a few days ago. Today I tried to connect it with a USB cable, but it did not work.

First, I tried several USB-Käbel, also I went to my neighbor and tested the controller with him (ran flawlessly).

After several attempts, I looked at a few YouTube videos and in almost every video was said that you need a second controller is already logged in with the PS4 and then you have to remove a few Bluetooth devices (which have been stored in the system), I had a lot of controllers so it could really be that this problem occurred to me.

In the end, I came to call the PSN support and they said that I should reset the controller and or bring Ps4 into security mode. I really tried everything and none of it worked.

All the chevrons, USB ports, as well as the controller and the Ps4 actually always work great.

Unfortunately, I can't log in to my Ps4 to remove the Bluetooth devices because I only have a new unregistered controller.

I was also suggested to deliver Ps4 together with the controller in the repair but for me the fees are too high and it takes much too long.

I could never pay the fees because I'm only 13 years old and I would like to send the repair to the part because my best friend on Friday comes to stay with me and that is already agreed. Besides, I do not want to wait 1-3 months.

I thank you in advance for any helpful answer and I apologize for spelling mistakes

Turn on the PS4 without the controller, if then the message comes you should press the PS button do you do that, if this does not work you press the PS button and share button at the same time until the status light on the front of the controller flashes quickly…

Ty

Thank you first for the answer,

it flashes fast with me now but I still can't establish a connection.

Start the ps4 again… If the controller is in pairing mode and connect the two with the cable and restart the console, if this does not help, I do not know

Sw

1. Restart your ps4

2. Log out of your acc out and ON again and try this time to sign up with you for the controller then tap on the controller on your ps4

3. Check that the USB ports of your ps4 are not damaged

4. Check your cable vllt is indeed broken.

5. If everything does not work, you have a white sticker on the underside that is the guarantee that will allow you to get a new controller for FREE, just search the internet for where you have the power with your warranty You can of course only try to go in the shop to change it if they do that nicely, then do it with Playstation with the Garanties seal

But nice to go to the workshop, the talk only garbage and want to pull you out, I hope you could help you further

Ty

Thank you very much.

So you can try to turn off all the devices of your ps4 so delete and then your new controller
