One of my next class has contacted me and asked for help. Well, before I do anything wrong, I ask here.
He has the problem that is repeatedly shown that the database is broken. Then he restarts Ps4 and goes into security mode.
Somehow complicated to describe.
Well, he has already tried the following:
• Reset to factory settings in the settings
• Installed the latest update via USB stick, but it did not work because Ps4 does not want to accept it for some reason
Now my guess is that the hard drive has gone. So it helps if we try a new hard drive? Because trying is about studying. Or has Ps4 said goodbye?
It seems likely. I would definitely try it before I would completely write off the PS4.
