Rainbow Six Siege, Ultimate Chicken Horse, Ark, Helldivers, Borderlands, Tropico 5/6, YuGiOh: LotD are pretty good MP games from different genres.
Dead by daylight is available on both platforms, on mobile (iOS) also free of charge.
quite toxic community on console, but if you get in everything is fine.
Ultimately, it depends on what exactly you are looking for, turn-based online game, or what like dayZ
