Minecraft iPhone multiplayer not working?

Go to the main menu and look at the bottom left, your Microsoft name should be there, if not, it will of course not work

I used to have it too. I now play on PC. But for me it used to help on the phone to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, log in, etc. If that doesn't help, I have a little hint: It actually loaded forever on my phone.
