When I try to top up my little brother's credit, I get this message:

Go to the family manager and if you can't, leave the family.

But of course the Playstation family is not your family.

Do not have a Playstation, you have to look in the settings, otherwise check out YouTube.

The profile that is the family manager must top up the account. The family manager can also assign how much credit another profile can spend.
