Whenever I start in Battlefield V (Ps4) I get kicked out, why?

I'm in the main menu and click on BfV to play online. When I'm inside, my Ps4 account is logged out after 10 seconds. And the controller switches itself off. There's then still an error occurred. Why is that? And can you get it away again?

I can play anything on other accounts, including BfV
