I followed the PS5 event with my friends yesterday and didn't even check that it was Resident Evil at first and thought before the title came into the picture:
Hmm… Looks like a little trash, or not that interesting.
When I then saw the title I was "slightly…" shocked, since the 7th part (according to personal feeling) was a mega hit and Village is now the successor. Doesn't mean that the other RE games are all bad, on the contrary (with a few exceptions)
Since this was only the first trailer, I don't want to commit myself yet and am therefore still undecided. But what do you think about this trailer? Pre-programmed hype or more meh?
The 7th part was really well done. Above all, a lot of excitement, horror and good music.
I'm really looking forward to Village.
I have to say that I really didn't expect it to be resident evil. It doesn't look as good as the 7th part but let's see I'm excited!
