Error downloading CD (PS4)?

I wanted to download and play Watchdogs 2 again. However, every time you download this error message (see picture).

The CD has not a single scratch and is clean. I have enough storage space too.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Perhaps the mistake is that you are using CDs. As far as I know, only games have appeared on BDs for the PS4.

I don't know about it, but it's an original PS4 game, so it's a BD or whatever it's called😅

Have you already carefully wiped the reflective back of the Bluray with a lint-free cloth? Sometimes it works after that, then there was a little dust on it.

Is there an internet connection or are the required services available and have you restarted the PS?

No. A CD has about 700MB, a DVD usually 4.7GB and a BD significantly more.
