PS4 hard drive defective?

I have a PS4 Slim and it is 2.5 years old and I always get the error code CE-36329-3 when I switch it on. I also had the console initialized with the update and still I got the error and while playing the game crashes with the error code CE-34878-0 The Playstation support does not help either. Someone said that if I initialized the PS4 but got an error code with CE it means that my hard drive is broken, is that correct?

Then I would think of nothing more than to send to Sony. But you'd better wait for other answers, I'm not an expert, only had that once and the solutions on the Internet had helped me. Did you extend your warranty on purchase?

Edit: Replacing the hard drive would probably also be a cheaper method, but not a 100% solution to the problem.
