NASCAR Heat 4 or 5 on PS4?

I have NASCAR Heat 4 on the PS4 (standard). I observe slight micro stutters. Especially in the cockpit perspective.

Is this still the case with NASCAR Heat 5 or does it run more smoothly? YouTube videos don't really reveal that.

I don't think it's better because the game needs more power
