Could someone tell me how I can set several blocks in the creative mode on a flat world so that I not only have four blocks that go down until the badrock comes I would like to have several layers but don't know how to do it, thank you for the help

This is not possible on the PS4 in a flat world.

You have to create a world on Editions and there and then convert the world
