Ps4 pro worth it or not?

Guys i have a ps4 slim with 500gb and of course i will grab the ps5 soon, but my ps4 slim has a guarantee and i will send it there but would have to wait 1 week. I found a ps4 pro and my father offers me 120 euro for my ps4 slim because he wants to buy mine and I can still play it. I found a ps4 pro with 1 tb privately and is in very good condition. The guarantee is still 1 year invoice and 2 games and 2 controllers should I buy it for 250 and my slim for 120 sell to my father? What do you say If the ps5 comes out I'll sell the ps4 pro anyway.
