Fifa 21 Points do not arrive why?

4 days ago I got 2,200 Fifa Points and it doesn't arrive, I got it from the Playstation Store and not in-game. Can it be because it doesn't arrive? And it would be very helpful if someone knows how to still get the points.

As far as I know, most games need a maximum of 72 hours, i.e. 3 days from purchase, in game currencies, but if this is exceeded 4 days, I would contact the support because I'm playing on the PC, I do not know whether you are directly contacting EA or Sony have to contact, but think that the best thing to do is contact EA.

Since you have bought points you also have the right to get them or at least to get your money back

And it shouldn't have any influence whether you bought them ingame or in the store, as far as I know, both of these are run through the PS Store.
