FIFA 20, where are my points?

In about an hour Fifa 20 comes out

and I had 150 euro charged today and got only once for 100 euro Points because 150 was too much for ps4 Store

got then 12000 points then I checked on my phone in the app there's simply a zero but why?
or do these 12000 points come directly to console in one hour?
