For a long time I wanted to play Gta online with friends again, if I want to join via gta it says that I have to do an online introduction even though I have had the game since release and am lvl 40. This is a bug that came into play with the Cayo Perico DLC. There are fixes that work for some players and not for others. Just search Youtube for GTA Online Tutorial Invite / Join Friends Bug Fix, then just follow the steps in these videos. If it doesn't work, you have to wait for Rockstar to fix the bug.
