PS4 network error at party?

I've recently had a problem with gaming. When I'm in a party with my friends, the problem "thrown out of the party because of network errors" occurs. However, I mostly only have the problem between 6 p.m. And 10 p.m. In addition, my Internet runs perfectly on my cell phone and other things, which is why I wonder if it has anything to do with my Internet.
