Network error ps4?

So, since yesterday I have had the problem that I keep flying out of the Psn Party because of a network error. Game runs smoothly and everything else, but joining the party takes a long time and sometimes the other party members lie around so much that you don't understand what they're saying. Sometimes joining the parties does not work at all, creating is also not possible. It started last night and today at lunchtime everything worked wonderfully, just being blown out 2-3 times. But from 6 p.m. It didn't work anymore and I never get into the party for longer than 10 minutes until I fly out. I only have it with the parties, on my cell phone or in the game everything works wonderfully. Nobody else in my family has internet problems either. Have a 100k line and I have LAN cables. NAT type is 2. Download I have 90 Mbit / s and upload 30 Mbit / s. I have often reconnected and plugged the LAN cable in and out. Even restarting the Ps4 several times has brought nothing. Does anyone know a solution?
