Nitrado Server Ark?

I have problems finding my Nitrado server at Ark on Ps4. It is 100% a Ps4 server and I have been waiting 1 day but I still can't find the server. I have also tried primitive Plus or entered the name of my server but nothing helps… It can't find the server.

I'm not familiar with nitrado servers and ps4, but is there possibly the possibility to connect directly with IP?
