Ark server not joinable?

My friends and I made an Ark server on Nitrado a few weeks ago. But now 3 out of 4 have the problem that we can't access the server.
Since I can't change the server menu, and I entered the wrong search criterion (changing the server filter only once), the server is never displayed, even when I search for it.

I can't access the servers last visited either. If I spend too long in the server menu or press too many keys, the screen freezes.

Now I want to know how we can approach this problem. So far, we've always had to wait for the only one who gets on the server to go online to join it.

I play on the Xbox, and the 3 out of 4 who can't join have Telecom as a provider.

You can set the server to favorites when your friend is on, then he should always be findable.

This is always a bit difficult with the rented Ark servers… In theory, the hoster could also give the others the Nitrado password and from there you can also log in, but then that should be at least RL friends ^^

How can I mark the server as a favorite? I've never tried this while on the server

How do you get on the server? If you are in the server list (where you are looking for the server) at the bottom left, you should have settings like "friends only" "favorites" "survivors" "unofficial" etc… Actually, the server should already be listed under survivors, and so you should get your own right now. Even without your buddy, come upstairs.

Does the hoster have a password? Then you would also have to tick the bottom left

That's the problem, in the server menu I can only change something with a lot of patience and luck. The only way to get to the server is through the Xbox party menu

Then unfortunately I can't help you, of course you can only look for something specific: - / Have you ever tried to find a bug or reinstalled it? (not known whether there's a troubleshooting on the xBox)

We have already tried reinstalling. Fortunately, a few minutes ago I found a very time-consuming method that should work 90 percent
