Hello for the last three days the ps4 freezes super often it works with luck for a few hours then it freezes again and that's not the only problem i can't turn off the ps4 properly mostly i always have to press the button on the ps4 for 20 Press for seconds that it goes out or pull the power cable or it is also a problem I can no longer get out of an application I have no idea what to do can someone help me?
