I recently bought a PSN card and wanted to redeem it today, but my PS4 showed me the following:

The amount can't exceed 150 euro. So you have to spend something first so that you can add money again. If you already have a credit of 130 euro, you can still max. Add 20 euro. If the PSN prepaid card is worth more, this message will be displayed.

The maximum credit would be exceeded. That means you have too much credit afterwards. You simply have to pick up the card and use it when the current credit is used up so that the top-up does not exceed the maximum credit.

Based on the current balance. In other words, if you buy games and the credit drops, you can then top up again.

But I currently have a balance of 0.00 euro… Otherwise it wouldn't be a problem 😂
