What is the maximum resolution the Rtx 3070 can support?

I get a Playstation 5 separately with the PC (compulsory).

Sony says they will be able to play 4k at 120hz smoothly. I doubt that and am almost certain that we will only get 60hz again.

Will the differences be immense?

I mean there are no 8k games anyway.

It also depends on the graphics settings. The PS5 can only manage 4K 120 FPS in games with rather undemanding graphics. With the RTX 3070, 4K with 60+ FPS should be possible at high settings (not maximum).

While there are no 8K games for consoles, it is possible on PCs and the RTX 3090 should be capable of 8K60FPS, according to Nvidia.
