Moin, just cleaned my Ps4 as usual. A few small drops dripped from the compressed air can into the fan.

Better put it on a radiator for a few hours (if it is not too warm that something could melt) or just let it run for a few hours, then everything should have evaporated.

This is exactly the mistake, if so, then you let it go for the time being and make sure that it has dried properly, possibly even on the heating, before you switch it on, because that could have backfired and completely written off the PS4 .
Water drops do nothing in the fan, they can cause total damage on the circuit board.
When the device is dry and running again, it is of course not broken.
Compressed air that releases condensed water is not suitable for cleaning technical devices.
