My ps4 is activated by somebody other than primary, what can i do?

I have a problem and although my Ps4 is activated by someone other than Primary, that is, I can no longer activate my account as Primary. Actually, everything would be easy, now to the actual problem, I have no contact with this person and no way to contact this person. This person will still be able to access my purchases, games, and credit.
