Is my PC put together well?
I'm not very familiar with PCs and therefore wanted to ask whether my PC is put together so well or what I need to improve.
I only want to stream (PS4) & edit videos with my PC.
The graphics card will take forever to render the videos and you will not get good quality streaming. It definitely needs to be improved.

A system with Ryzen 3600 would be better than a GT 1030 as a graphics card itself
Definitely better than the one shown above. This will allow you to stream / edit videos, but don't expect the high end.
Significantly better. In principle, the 710 is only intended to be able to connect several monitors to it, it has hardly any computing power.

The AMD 4650G has an internal iGPU, you don't need a GT710 (this is worse than the iGPU of the AMD 4650G anyway).
I would use at least an RX570 or GTX1650super as a GPU (if you don't want to use the internal iGPU)
The RAM is REAL ABOVE EVIL. Take at least 3200MHz +
