I've been playing on Ps4 Elder Scrolls Online since the release because I didn't have a PC at the time. Today I have a very good computer and games on the Ps4 only Elder Scrolls Online and no other games because my data is too important to me, i.e. The content I bought from the shop, mounts etc.
I would like to switch, but I don't want to have to buy everything new on the PC. Soon the Ps5 will come out and I wonder ESO will hold onto the consoles for a long time?
I would even start a new character, but is there no way that you can at least take the purchased content from the Crown Shop, such as costumes, mounts, souvenirs and etc. With you on your PC?
No, unfortunately not.
There's no option to transfer the account to another platform, nor any content. The platforms are absolutely separate from each other.
Is it worth it to continue playing Eso on Ps4 in the near future? Especially for the new Greymoor extension.
Personally, I would always advise against MMOs on the console if I'm honest. On PC, you always have advantages over advantages with MMOs.
AddOns - TTC - performance etc.
It is not so easy to answer whether ESO is worthwhile in Greymoor. What perspective do you play from? PvE or PvP? Casual player or endgame?
Greymoor brings with it a large pile of unprecedented stuff. A new item category, 1 year follow updates only to the story, 1 huge new area, new modes etc.
If you value story, lore & explore, you are definitely making a good investment.
From a PvP perspective, Greymoor doesn't bring much good. The re-work of the vampire skill line makes the game behavior of vampires extremely linear and predictable and brings hardly any advantages.
From PvE point of view you already know from PTS that the DPS will go through the roof and a new trial is finally waiting. It generally improves more than it worsens.
