I just bought additional content for a game (Elder Scrolls Online), the Greymoor Upgrade. Since there are numerous versions of it, I unfortunately bought the wrong one. I wanted the edition that includes all previous chapters, but unfortunately I only bought the last chapter. But as I said, you have to say that both contents have almost the same name. What I bought is called The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor Upgrade and what I wanted to buy is called The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor. This is not a direct download either, it is simply added to the game. Then I started the game and found out during character creation that it was the wrong version. I wrote a request for a refund straight away and am waiting for an answer. My question would be what are the chances of getting your money back? It's not a download, so I would ask myself what it looks like there? Or, of course, I did not start the missions that this chapter contains.
It's not a download
What else?
But I think the chances are very bad because the error is clearly yours, first when making the selection, in the shopping cart when confirming and then again when paying, the error has not occurred to you, so I do not believe that you will get something reimbursed.
It's not a download, it's just added straight to the game. In any case, you could NOT start a download. And as far as I know, they also reimburse games that were purposely bought, but where you e.g. Changed your mind. I didn't play the game content.
