My best friend, who I've been in contact with for a year, apparently used to have feelings for me. He never told me, but we were in constant contact. A year has passed and I've been thinking about him more recently, more than I should. I think I'm starting to get feelings, but I'm scared as it feels like every girl's heart gets broken these days. I'm a person who is never sure about feelings. When I'm in love, I don't notice or see it that quickly. He's wanted to spend a lot of time with me lately. Once I went online for him at 3 a.m. On Ps4 and then his friend said, for example, "What do you mean by 'She is there'?" laughing and later he wrote to him "don't do it like that". He would read it out loud or a friend of his would quickly say "He loves you!", But I pretended to be stupid. That was all about 1-2 weeks ago, but then today he said that he hadn't loved a girl for two years and swore he didn't love anyone. He also said that he was hurt by his ex and that he can therefore play with feelings without his interest, which is why I, for example, don't want to fall in love and am afraid of it. It is so complicated. What could i do? Do you think he still loves me?

So first of all, it's really nice that you understand Wuch so well, but I would say that listening to his friends is not sooo sure… They always find it exciting to couple people or something. The fact that you slowly develop feelings in retrospect can be real, but it can also simply be wrong about the fact that friendships between boys and girls always feel exciting at some point and that this is interpreted as love. Sure, it can just be uncomfortable for him to admit it in front of you, but just spend a little more time together and then I think you will notice relatively quickly which of you two is more interested and whether that would fit.

I think he's just really scared of falling in love again and trusting someone. Talk to him about your feelings, it seems he is interested in you too, but doesn't want to show that because he's afraid of a relationship.
