I recently ordered a Ps4 game on Amazon. This was sent with a German Post Letter, so it is not trackable… It also says that the order can't be tracked. A tracking number is specified, but it does not correspond to the Deutsche Post tracking number format. The delivery was expected on Saturday (the confirmation email also stated that the delivery was on Saturday), but nothing came. Today is Wednesday and there's nothing new. At Amazon under orders it still says "Expected delivery Saturday, November 14th"… What should I do now? Somehow I'm afraid that my order has been lost
You can only wait
If it does not arrive in the next few days then ask the support. If it is a private seller then it can be a little more difficult.
Write or call Amazon times, they usually give you a deadline and then refund the purchase amount if it does not arrive. Or maybe it was handed to a neighbor because it didn't fit in the mailbox.
I had a situation like that some time ago… The message from Amazon is that you should wait a week (from the announced delivery date) and then contact them.
I got the money back then!
Many are currently ordering online and the delivery services are already at the limit with the deliveries. Wait a week and if it isn't there by then, contact Amazon. Their support from customer service is really great there!
All right, perfect, then I'll call Amazon if it's not there by Monday next week
