Good Mod Menu for GTA V on the Xbox one?

I'm trying a bit longer to install a mod menu on the Xbox one for Gta V. Have not found anything really helpful yet. So here we come to my question if anyone of you knows a mod menu that works on the Xbox one?

I think there's nothing there. Correct me if I'm wrong.

There are already some (few) mod menus, but your console has to be jailbroken, otherwise it will not work.

But why play console games when the PC is much better?

Not 100%, but not 100% wrong.
