Problem downloading PS4 remote play?

I wanted to install PS4 Remote Play for Windows, but the loading bar in the preparation for installation just stops and nothing works anymore… The window can only be closed via the Task Manager. Even after restarting the PC, it did not work. Under Settings and Windows Update everything is up to date.

Have never had any problems downloading various programs, so I don't understand why it is not possible now… Or how to determine or correct the error.
