Why is the Ps4 not showing up on Spotify?

Otherwise, I could always go to devices with the Spotify app and select the Ps4, then the music was played on the Ps4. Recently, this is no longer possible, the Ps4 is no longer displayed on devices. And I have separated my Spotify account from my old account, but I can't connect it to the new one because it still says that the account is connected to another Ps Network account.
