PS4 pro smells a bit strange?

I bought my ps4 pro today and started it now and when I go very close it smells a bit strange. Either it's because it's new or I don't know? What should I do?

If you want something that smells good, I would give Douglas a try instead of MediaMarkt.

If it doesn't smell scorched and no smoke comes out of the console, then that's fine.

At first, a new oven smells as if you had organized a world war inside

Ok thanks a lot and that it makes other sounds than the ps4 normal is normal too (you notice a bit of a noise but it is very quiet)

What do you mean by other sounds? Such a slight clacking / clicking maybe? If so, it comes from the hard drive.

If it's more of a scratching or "hammering", something is wrong.
