I got a completely new ps4 with a controller in the pack for Christmas, which means that my ps4 is not even a month old.
I'm really not the girl to play games, just sims4 and watch Netflix about it and don't use it 8 hours a day, sometimes it's 1 or 2 days off.
I have had the problem for 2 days now that my controller zooms backwards whenever I use the right joystick (while playing sims), it zooms in as soon as I let go of the joystick, which is always different, sometimes I don't have the problem at all, sometimes it just zooms in a bit and sometimes it just zooms in and that bothers extremely when playing, and no I don't let go of the joystick so suddenly that it lets go when I let go.
I have already talked to the controller, looked at YouTube and searched the whole internet but have not found anyone who has the exact same problem as me, nor have I found a solution to the problem and I simply don't know what to do.
