PlayStation DualShock4 controller broken?

A week ago I tried ScpToolkit, recommended by a friend, and removed it from the system that same evening, because it crashed my system when I opened the collapsed window, and only "pushed" it up without pressing anything,

If you are still within the withdrawal period (14 days), send back. Otherwise can also complain for a warranty case, but this is rather counterproductive if the Vk wants to provide you replacement.

Third-party controllers are known to cause problems. Some more, some less.

What do you want to fumble around and try for ages?

Buy for Steam z. B. An Xbox Controller for Windows, whether One or the older. They have the best compatibility.
