Witcher 3 Platinum Trophy PS4?

I bought The Witcher 3: Game of the Year Edition for the PS4 and I want to reach the platinum trophy there. Now my question is, I have to collect the other bronze, silver and gold trophies only in the main game to get platinum or the the DLCs "Hearts Of Stone" and "Blood And Wine"?
