Ps5 or SeriesX?

The new consoles are in the starting blocks.

I was very impressed with the PS5 at the beginning but now after seeing the performance of the SeriesX I'm wavering!

I'm looking for advantages and disadvantages that are not based on fanboy statements like "playsi is best!" but facts please.

have a 60HTZ TV that can 4K so the consoles should not be a problem graphically.

I come from the PS4 Pro and will now opt for the Xbox Series X because I like it more. Microsoft is doing everything right this time and I'm very happy.

I also have the PS4 Pro Jet Black Edition. Actually I wanted to stay with Sony, but MS has the better device and the better performance this year… As well as new studios from which one can certainly expect good.

It's the same with me too. I wanted to buy the PS5 but decided to buy the Xbox Series X because of:

The controller (better stick placement, longer battery life and fewer bells and whistles as well as better carriers).
A little more performance and hard drive
MS will also bring a lot of new good games and I also like racing games and I prefer Forza to GT.
Servers are more stable at Xbox.

Yep, I see it just like games like God of War, horizon zero dawn etc. Are absolutely awesome… I will not sell the Ps4 pro that is clear. But I won't do without a new console either. It is clear that I will have both next year, the only question is which one to buy first.

I think it's hard to make a pro / con list here, because it always depends on which games you want to play. That's the most important!

It gets interesting if you are only interested in games that are available on both consoles anyway (Fifa, COD, Battlefield, Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, …). If you are not interested in the exclusive titles, then you can make a pro / con list.

As Mark Cerny mentioned at the developer conference, it often seems that developers are not only constrained by the CPU / GPU but also by the speed of the data carriers when designing a game. But if developers now have 5.5 GB / s available on the basis of which they can develop the game, groundbreaking game designs and worlds could (doesn't have to be that the developers really need all of this). Really don't give much to the TFLOP stories. Yes the Xbox is stronger, but the differences will be much smaller than most people try to make you believe.

A quick note on Dualsense: Many people see the controller as the next-gen leap. What the controller can do is certainly no frills, but can certainly, if used sensibly (probably again increasingly in first-party titles), contribute to a great immersion in the game world.
